Historically, Travis Scott has crushed it at Halloween, from Iron Man to the Joker, he’s always pulled it off. This year, however, he decided to give his Batman costume a Dark Mocha revamp. After all, it seems to be his favorite color right now. But things didn’t go to plan, and it might be the reason he’s deactivated his Instagram.
On Saturday night, La Flame posted a video of his two-part Halloween costume. He went as both Bruce Wayne and Batman, each with a dark brown twist. Scroll through below to see.

He then went on to celebrate at Kendall Jenner’s party alongside Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Quavo, Jaden Smith, Justin and Hailey Bieber, The Weeknd, Doja Cat, and more. All the while, the post was amassing likes and a lot of trolling comments.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion as to why Scott would choose to give the iconic black Bat Suit a brown makeover. In the comments sections of the post and all over Twitter, his costume was dragged for looking more like a cockroach than Batman. The rapper has since deactivated his account, which boasted a massive 34 million followers.
It’s not clear whether his choice to deactivate the account was linked to the backlash, but many fans have been voicing their disappointment, both at the loss of the popular account and the callous reaction to his costume.
