Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TheEliteSneakers.com. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-returnable items:

  • Some health and personal care items

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at theelitesneakers@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
