Jordan Brand Unveils an AJ12 Low Golf “Playoffs” Colorway

Fresh off of yet another collaboration with Eastside Golf, Jordan Brand is readying the release of a new Air Jordan 12 Low Golf "Playoffs" colorway to add its roster of Taxi, French Blue, Driftwood and Metallic Gold offerings.

This color scheme was first seen in 1997, and was worn by Michael Jordan during a playoff run that included some his career’s most memorable performances. The made for golf version of the shoe features a black tumbled leather upper, white pebbled mudguard and midsole, seven removable twist spikes, and a heel tab that reads “For the Love of 18.” To round out the look, a Jumpman Logo is found on the tongue and MJ's number 23 is embossed into the heel, both in varsity red, while silver metallic is used for accents to add a little pop.

No release date or information has been made available yet, but a retail price of $220 USD is expected.

In other golf news, Malbon teamed up once again with New Balance to roll out a 997G in neutral tones of gray and beige.
