ASICS’ GEL-Kayano 5 360 Gets Utilitarian “Safety Yellow” Makeover

ASICSGEL-Kayano 5 360 has been given a "Safety Yellow" makeover, adding the bold hue to a black base alongside touches of green and orange for a hazardous new colorway.

The archive-inspired pair combines black synthetic leather with green mesh for its base, and overlays this with the brand's signature stripes sporting the "Safety Yellow" hue. The same shade also highlights the embroidered branding on the tongue and heel, on the 3M component by the toe box, inside the shoe on its insole, and has even been used to accent the GEL-Quantum cushioning unit in the midsole.

ASICS' technincal-looking pair is contrasted with patches of brown faux suede and neon orange synthetic leather appearing towards the rear of the shoe. Completing the look is a black and white outsole, which showcases the FLYTEFOAM and TRUSSTIC SYSTEM technology inside the shoe that provides stability and comfort throughout.
