The Air Jordan 6 “Black Infrared” made its return in 2019 as a “remastered” retro that is more accurate to the original 1991 release. It debuted during NBA All-Star Weekend in February and was instantly one of the biggest sneakers of the year.
First appeared in 2006 as part of the classic “Defining Moments Pack” celebrating Michael Jordan’s first NBA Championship and included an Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 11. The “DMP” Air Jordan 6 made its solo retro return in April 2020 dressed in its identical color blocking of Black and Metallic Gold.
