Teddy Santis, founder and creative director of NYC apparel and lifestyle brand Aimé Leon Dore (ALD), is now the Creative Director for New Balance Made in USA. He’ll now be adding the 998 to his latest Made in USA collection for the model’s 30th Anniversary.
This offering of the New Balance 998 features a White mesh base with Grey hairy suede overlays and tongues. Navy contrasting accents on the leather “N” logos, upper eyelets, “NB” embroidery on the heels, and suede overlays. White leather heel tabs atop ABZORB cushioning and Black rubber outsole completes the design.
Check out the official photos below, and look for the New Balance 998 Made in USA “Grey/Navy” to release in the coming months at select New Balance retailers and NewBalance.com. The retail price tag is set at $200 USD.
