For the latest instalment to the 'WhyVibram' film series, Vibram has partnered up with Roa Hiking on a range of boot silhouettes as well as a short video interview with designer Maurizio Quaglia.

Vibram, a world leader in the development and production of high-performance rubber soles, has this time around chosen to reinterpret the classic trekking shoe model with Italian footwear brand Roa Hiking. The range draws inspiration from Roa Hiking's characteristic design to create products that blend outdoor and street influences seamlessly, resulting in an entirely new hiking sneaker concept. Each silhouette has been fitted with the Vibram Megagrip sole compound, providing the best grip and blending functionality and durability for easy everyday use.

In the short interview, designer Quaglia comments on the collaborative project: "I felt it was right for the underside of the boot to be based on a Vibram sole because, in my opinion, it is a guarantee of quality and performance."
