J Balvin will debut his Air Jordan 1 collaboration during the Super Bowl LIV halftime performance with Jennifer Lopez and Shakira.
He becomes the first Latino artist to collaborate on the iconic silhouette, Balvin’s Air Jordan 1 features a vibrant tie-dye design on a layered canvas upper designed jagged edges, exposed foam tongues completed with Balvin’s Happy Face logo emblazoned on the heel and tongue label of the left shoe. Black laces atop a clean White rubber sole completes the design.

UPDATE 4/10: While an official release date wasn’t officially announced, J Balvin in an interview with Highsnobiety reveals details regarding his Air Jordan 1 collaboration.
“Because of the coronavirus, they closed all the factories and stuff like that. But it’s going to happen maybe around November,” he said. Stay tuned for more updates.
