Michael Jordan‘s Chicago estate is on the market for $14.9 million. Despite the popularity of ESPN’s docu-series The Last Dance, the property has significantly dropped in value from its original $29 million asking price.

Per Forbes, Jordan has been trying to sell his Chicago home since 2012 – yes, it’s been on the market for eight years – but the property is finally seeing an increase in interest following the TV show’s release. Measuring at 56,000 square ft., the property sits on more than seven acres, boasts nine bedrooms and 19 bathrooms, a 14-car garage, an infinity pool, a forest preserve, a fish pond, and more.

Of course, MJ also added some cuztomisations befitting a baller of his calibre. Notably, the estate also features a regulation-size basketball gym, a card room, a putting green, cigar room ( complete with air filtration), a wine cellar, and a workout room. The property is also dotted with Jordan branding as well as “23”-emblazoned on the front gate.

Take a tour of the property in the video below.
